Return Policy

Did you place your order before 3 May 2022? Please request your return at gigue.com/return and follow the steps. Ordered on 3 May of after? Then please find all information for your exchange or return on this page.

Exchange

Items can be readily exchanged in Gigue boutiques, within 30 days after your order date. Prefer to arrange your exchange via the Gigue webshop? Then please send us your return and place a new order. 

How to return an item: 3 options

You can take advantage of our free return policy within 30 days of placing your order.

1. Via a Gigue boutique

The quickest and easiest option

Bring the items you wish to return to a Gigue boutique. You can find our store locator gigue.com/en/stores. You can identify Gigue boutiques on the map by the black pins.

2. Via a collection point

Drop off your return at a GLS parcelshop, in the original box. You’ll find your return label in the envelope supplied. Place this over the old label on the box. You can locate your nearest parcelshop on gls-group.eu. 

3. Pick-up by courier

Contact our customer service team for collection: +32 (0)93 35 22 38 or customercare@gigue.com. Please include the following information in your email: Last name, first name, telephone number, pick-up address and the desired pick-up date. GLS couriers pick-up from Monday to Friday. Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please place your items in the original box. The courier will supply a label.

Please keep your return receipt from GLS in a safe place. We’ll confirm receipt of your return shipment by email. You can also track the status of your return using your gigue.com account. Refunds for returns via GLS will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package.

Our conditions

We will accept your exchange or return with pleasure when you respect the following points:

  • The return is requested within 30 days after delivery of the order.
  • Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel returns with another carrier service.
  • Each item is unused and bears no sign of wear and tear.
  • The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
  • The original packaging is included and is in good condition.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if you received a product which was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.
