Items can be readily exchanged in Gigue boutiques, within 30 days after your order date. Prefer to arrange your exchange via the Gigue webshop? Then please send us your return and place a new order.
You can take advantage of our free return policy within 30 days of placing your order.
The quickest and easiest option
Drop off your return at a GLS parcelshop, in the original box. You’ll find your return label in the envelope supplied. Place this over the old label on the box. You can locate your nearest parcelshop on gls-group.eu.

Please include the following information in your email: Last name, first name, telephone number, pick-up address and the desired pick-up date. GLS couriers pick-up from Monday to Friday. Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please place your items in the original box. The courier will supply a label.
Please keep your return receipt from GLS in a safe place. We’ll confirm receipt of your return shipment by email. You can also track the status of your return using your gigue.com account. Refunds for returns via GLS will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package.
