Exchange

Items can be readily exchanged in Gigue boutiques, within 30 days after your reception of your parcel. Prefer to arrange your exchange via the Gigue webshop? Then please send us your return and place a new order. 

How to return an item: 3 options

You can take advantage of our free return policy within 30 days of your reception of your order.

1. Via a Gigue boutique

The quickest and easiest option

Bring the items you wish to return to your favourite Gigue boutique. You can identify Gigue boutiques on the map by the black pins.

2. Via a collection point

Drop off your return at a GLS parcelshop, in the original box. You’ll find your return label in the envelope supplied. Place this over the old label on the box. You can locate your nearest parcelshop on gls-group.eu. 

3. Pick-up by courier

Contact our customer service team for collection: +32 (0)93 35 22 38 or customercare@gigue.com. Please include the following information in your email: Last name, first name, telephone number, pick-up address and the desired pick-up date. GLS couriers pick-up from Monday to Friday. Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please place your items in the original box. The courier will supply a label.

Please keep your return receipt from GLS in a safe place. We’ll confirm receipt of your return shipment by email. You can also track the status of your return using your gigue.com account. Refunds for returns via GLS will be made within 15 days following receipt of your package.

Our conditions

We ask you to take note of the following:

  • Please return items within 30 days after receiving your parcel.
  • Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for any packages that are not returned using our returns service.
  • Please only return items in unused and undamaged state.
  • Please return your items with the original tags and labels, which should be in perfect condition and attached to the item.
  • Please include the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the initial order was paid for using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued when the item is returned.
  • The federal government provides you with a withdrawal form to notify your revocation. We mention it for your information. You do not need to use this form for a return to Gigue.
